• Planning production plans

• Monitoring packaging material procurement plans

• Evaluating spare part procurement plans

• Managing finished goods stock

• Coordinating delivery of goods to customers

• Ensuring availability of production plans, packaging, spare parts, and finished goods

• Delivering goods according to customer requests correctly and on time

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management or related field

• Proven experience min. 5 years in the fields of PPIC, Warehouse & Supply Chain/Logistic, with min. 3 years in a leadership/managerial role

• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems, such as SAP

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• Fluency in business level English both written and spoken would be an advantage

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang (full on-site)

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and source the best suppliers for required goods and services
- Negotiate and secure favourable terms and pricing with suppliers
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain productive relationships
- Analyse market trends and provide recommendations to improve the company's purchasing strategies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stocks
- Assist with the implementation of procurement policies and procedures

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any major related
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to achieve the best outcomes for the company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Proficient in using procurement software (SAP) and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
- Familiarity with relevant procurement regulations and best practices
- Willing to be placed at Cikarang (full on-site)

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri

• Memiliki pengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 2 tahun

• Menguasai Ms. Office terutama Excel

• Diutamakan yang menguasai SAP
