• Develop a comprehensive IT Blueprint strategy to map current systems, identify priority gaps, and propose new solutions aligned with business needs.
• Evaluating and implementing new technologies and digital transformation (example AI integration, etc) across all departments to improve business operations
• Ensure centralized data governance, data analytical and system scalability to support timely and data driven decision-making.
• Act as the main liaison between IT, business units and external vendor to ensure responsiveness, prioritization, and delivery of high impact projects.
• Driving and executing continuous improvement to boost productivity and operational efficiency for Boga Group
• Managing and controlling budget and costs to maximize profitability

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Min .5 years of experience in similar position of IT Project/Transformation Manager or related field in manufacturing/FMCG/pharmaceutical companies
• Strong background in IT system architecture, ERP, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise level digital transformation.
• Proven experience in IT project management, stakeholder coordination, and business process reengineering.
• Familiarity with AI implementation in operations and customer facing systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to create and execute a systemwide IT roadmap and prioritize based on business value.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang (full on-site)

Tanggung Jawab:

• Berperan sebagai konsultan bagi unit bisnis terkait solusi digital dan inisiatif transformasi teknologi
• Menjalin komunikasi efektif antara unit bisnis dan tim teknis IT
• Mengelola dan mengarahkan tim IT untuk memastikan pemahaman dan implementasi kebutuhan bisnis
• Melakukan perencanaan dan eksekusi proyek-proyek IT lintas Divisi/Department
• Melakukan evaluasi performa sistem dan aplikasi serta mengusulkan perbaikan atau peningkatan
• Melakukan sosialisasi terkait produk IT dan Cyber Security
• Mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan IT melalui data, analisis bisnis dan business case

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan min. S1
• Pengalaman min. 3–5 tahun di bidang IT, dengan setidaknya 2 tahun pada posisi Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master atau Business Partner
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan berorientasi pada solusi
• Memahami prinsip-prinsip manajemen proyek dan metodologi seperti Agile atau ITIL
• Mampu menganalisis data dengan tools seperti Power BI, Tableau atau Excel tingkat lanjut
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Cikarang
