Responsibility

● Constantly collaborate with business partner/stakeholders for gathering training needs analysis, field observation and learning intervention

● Develop and deliver soft & technical training using multiple eLearning and communication platforms

● Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches, techniques and making support readily available

● Expertise to handle training for culture, sales, marketing and others related to manufacturing.

Qualification

● Bachelor Degree in Psychology or any related major

● Minimum have 5 years of experience as a Learning & Development Supervisor/Senior Level

● Experienced in delivering training (soft & technical e.g. sales training); instructional designer and module developer

● Fluent in English

● Facilitation skills, with demonstrated self-confidence.

● Ability to adapt content and conversation to meet the needs of the audience and also 

● Willing to be placed in Cikarang (full on-site)
