LEARNING PARTNER
Responsibility
â— Constantly collaborate with business partner/stakeholders for gathering training needs analysis, field observation and learning intervention
â— Develop and deliver soft & technical training using multiple eLearning and communication platforms
â— Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches, techniques and making support readily available
â— Expertise to handle training for culture, sales, marketing and others related to manufacturing.
Qualification
â— Bachelor Degree in Psychology or any related major
â— Minimum have 5 years of experience as a Learning & Development Supervisor/Senior Level
â— Experienced in delivering training (soft & technical e.g. sales training); instructional designer and module developer
â— Fluent in English
â— Facilitation skills, with demonstrated self-confidence.
â— Ability to adapt content and conversation to meet the needs of the audience and also
â— Willing to be placed in Cikarang (full on-site)
